From toys to apparel, books to games, and much more, Disney Consumer Products (DCP) brings our company’s products, through stories and characters, to markets worldwide. With a portfolio of renowned franchises, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, 20th Century Studios, and National Geographic, our efforts to deliver innovative and experiential products are designed to entertain and inspire!

As our Spring 2027 intern, you'll support our dynamic and fast-paced multi-category hardlines business that encompasses stationery, outdoor, seasonal, sports, collectibles, and novelties (to name a few), ensuring there's never a dull moment.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager of Licensing Hardlines, Disney & Pixar.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California, area from January 2027 to June 2027.

What You Will Do:

Our Hardlines licensing intern will work with the team and top licensees to build best-in-class products, driving strategy to gain market share and maximizing floor space to increase revenue.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from January 11th, 2027, to June 4th, 2027
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $23.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
