The Head HR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They will lead a team of HR professionals and develop strategies to support the organization's goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse and talented workforce
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 9 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
