Head – Land Acquisition & Project Development

What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate land parcels specifically suited for villa and plotted developments.
- Cultivate and manage a robust network of landowners, brokers, and local influencers.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments based on location, zoning, and long-term development potential.
- Oversee land title verification and detailed documentation reviews.
- Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless due diligence.
- Verify critical land records, including 7/12 extracts, mutation records, and land classification.
- Liaise with governing authorities including MCGM, CIDCO, and RERA.
- Facilitate essential processes such as NA conversion, layout approvals, and project registrations.
- Ensure all projects remain 100% compliant with local regulations and evolving policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition from acquisition to project planning and execution.
- Support financial feasibility analysis and viability assessments.
- Serve as the local operational lead for Mumbai-based activities.
