You will be the driving force behind the people function at Channable, at a moment when we're scaling fast and want our culture to scale right alongside us. As Head of People & Culture, you’ll be reporting directly to our CEO, Rob van Nuenen, and sit on the management team. You'll lead our P&C team: Talent Acquisition, HR, Employee Experience, and People Operations, with team leads reporting to you directly.

You'll also be a close partner to the management team on topics such as company strategy, strategic workforce planning, departmental performance, raising the bar on leadership quality across Channable, and people analytics.

Who are you?

  • You enjoy setting the people strategy, not just running what's already there.

Practical requirements:

  • You're available for at least 32 hours per week.

  • You're based in the Netherlands and can work from the Utrecht office at least 2 days a week, ideally more, since we find that important for this role. 

  • You have a valid work permit or EU citizenship. 

What do we offer?

  • Gross annual salary ranging from € 115k- € 130k including 8% holiday allowance and based on a 40-hour work week. 

  • Savings for old age: we have a savings scheme for old age through Bright Pension, which can accrue up to 5% of your monthly salary, or you can get an additional +2.5% to your monthly base salary.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights: you can profit from Channable’s success.

  • Company-wide performance bonus, up to 10% of your annual salary, determined yearly by our founders based on financial planning and targets.

The starting date is flexible, but is always on the first of the month. The job offer will be contingent on reference checks.
