The July is looking for an HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR operations for our apartment-hotel and restaurant in London Victoria. Our premium hotel has 114 rooms and two residential apartments, alongside a vibrant restaurant, bar and deli serving both guests and the local community.

The job

As our HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of HR for our London hotel, working closely with the General Manager and management team to create an inspiring, inclusive and people-focused workplace.

You’ll be hands-on across the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance and development. You’ll also manage day-to-day HR activities including absence management, wellbeing and engagement, training, payroll support, benefits and employee records, while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.

As a trusted partner to our managers, you’ll provide practical advice, coaching and support while helping build a strong engaged team.

Reporting to our HR Director in Amsterdam, you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas and take ownership and make a real impact as The July continues to grow across London and beyond.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience within the London hospitality market.
