A growing, international business operating across tech and media.

They’re at a point where things are working - but now need more structure, clarity, and consistency as they scale further.

Well-established foundations. Clear growth plans.
Now looking for someone to bring the People & Operations side properly together.

What would I be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the People & Operations function and shape how it supports the business as it grows.

• Turn business goals into a clear operating model across teams and functions
• Lead on org design, workforce planning, and how the business scales
• Build and embed leadership capability (coaching-led approach)
• Put in place performance, development, and talent frameworks
• Bring structure to processes, compliance, and day-to-day operations
• Work closely with leadership to keep everything aligned as the business grows

It’s a mix of building, improving, and making things work properly at scale.

What would they expect from me?

• Someone who can bring structure without overcomplicating things
• Comfortable operating across teams, markets, and different stakeholders
• Able to turn ideas into action and keep things moving
• Credible partner to leadership - someone they trust and lean on
• Data-aware, but still people-first in approach
• Calm, clear, and consistent in how you work

What experience do I need?

• Experience leading People / HR / Operations functions
• A track record of building and scaling teams or structures
• Exposure to international or multi-market environments
• Strong understanding of compliance and process design
• Background in tech, services, or similar fast-paced environments
• Experience with HR systems, data, and performance frameworks
• Coaching or leadership development experience is a strong plus
