As the Product Deployment Engineering (PDE) Manager, you are the strategic leader and primary link between gTech Ads, Google Customer Solutions (GCS) regional leadership, and PSA. You unify these functions to graduate customers along the product adoption maturity curve. A critical mandate involves liaising with GCS PSA Leaders, Global Product Leads, and the Ads Solutions Engineering CoE to deploy excellent implementations. Your team critically assesses customer needs to drive advanced product adoption.

You serve as a product advocate for gTech Ads for complex technical product deployment. This role balances the operational management of a specialized technical team with the execution of high-impact, regional media and product business strategies.

Operationally, you will guide a high-performing team of Product Deployment Engineers (PDEs) through complex technical projects and advanced implementations. Strategically, you will act as the principal advisor to gTech Ads GCS, owning the complex implementation strategy across the region. You partner with implementation program managers, PSA leads, and regional sales directors to accelerate product adoption.

You will act as a trusted advisor to align technical service delivery with media activation opportunities, balancing engineering support with sales targets and partner with global/regional product leaders and technical program managers to align resource allocation with market-specific goals, guide vendor execution, and provide technical mentorship to engineers.
