As our Head of Technical, you ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, buildable and ready for successful delivery. Leading regional technical, engineering and design teams, you ll influence developments from early feasibility through to handover, helping us deliver thousands of high-quality affordable homes and creating communities where people can thrive.

What you ll be doing
You ll lead the region s technical function, providing the expertise, governance and assurance needed to deliver high-quality homes safely and successfully.

What we re looking for
We re looking for an experienced technical leader who can combine engineering expertise with strategic thinking, sound judgement and collaborative leadership.
You ll bring:
