(A) JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Head – Talent Acquisition to lead Lepton's talent strategy and partner closely with founders, business leaders, and the HR Head in building a future-ready organization. This role goes beyond recruitment. You will drive workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent strategy while ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and supports our long-term business goals. We're looking for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams, thinks beyond conventional hiring, and is passionate about building exceptional teams—not just filling positions.

(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
Education
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
• 10–15 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and scaling recruitment functions.
• Experience partnering with founders/CXOs preferred.
• Experience in Technology, SaaS, Telecom, GIS, IT Services, or Engineering is an advantage.
