This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll work across the organisation to build a positive health and safety culture.

You'll provide practical advice and support, coach leaders and teams, help identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to quality initiatives, and promote safe, healthy workplaces where everyone can thrive.

You'll bring:

  • A relevant health and safety qualification, or equivalent knowledge and practical experience.

  • The ability to build trusted relationships and influence positive change

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach

  • A full New Zealand Driver Licence

Experience in the disability, health or community sector would be an advantage, but it's your passion for people that will set you apart.
