About this role
🚜 NOW HIRING: HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATORS in Clarence, Australia for a full-time, in-person position paying $32.32/hour, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Operators will support field operations, vehicle testing, and autonomous technology development by safely operating 40-ton articulated haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, and Ford Raptors. Duties also include vehicle inspections, completing DVIRs, reporting maintenance issues, supporting hardware/software testing, and providing feedback to engineering teams while maintaining strict safety standards.
Applicants should have 5+ years of verified heavy machinery operation experience, be comfortable driving and backing large vehicles, and have a clean driving record. A commercial driver’s license is preferred but not required. Candidates must be professional, reliable, safety-focused, able to pass a background check and road test, and comfortable learning new tools and autonomous technology systems.
