What you'll do
- Drive sales activities within assigned region in Andhra Pradesh
- Call the Adoni customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders
- Provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by IndiaMart
- Increase our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion
- Work as individual contributor
- Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Adoni clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart
- Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
- Prompt resolution of Andhra Pradesh client complaints
- Assist the Adoni field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
- Daily telephone/video calls with clients
