Job Description

The Holiday Programme Planner is a flexible, hands-on role supporting both the successful delivery and ongoing development of the Holiday HQ programme and wider term-time programming throughout the year.

Working closely with the Holiday HQ Lead, the Holiday Programme Planner will provide practical coordination, administrative, operational, marketing and programme support across the organisation. The focus of the role will shift throughout the year depending on the programme calendar, with increased involvement in HHQ preparation and delivery during HHQ periods and greater focus on term-time programme planning, campaigns and attendance initiatives during the remainder of the year.

The role will play an important part in ensuring Holiday HQ programmes are well prepared, effectively communicated and successfully delivered across all locations. This will include supporting programme planning, liaising with Marketing, coordinating resources and information, assisting with supplier and operational requirements, and providing hands-on support before and during HHQ periods.
