Role Requirements:-

Business Partnering

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on people-related matters.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Partner with leaders to improve employee experience, recognition, and retention.
  • Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the business.
  • Analyze engagement and attrition data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Change Management

  • Support organisational changes, restructuring initiatives, and business transformation projects.
  • Facilitate communication and change management activities.
  • Help leaders manage employee impacts during periods of change.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, probation management, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
  • Provide HR metrics and reporting to business leaders.
