The Day to Day:
You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative support for HR and Payroll related activities including:

  • Facilitating effective HR related processes enabling employee lifecycle management within the Workday HRIS including maintain accurate employee records
  • Preparation and distribution of employment documentation (forms, contracts and letters).
  • Coordination of administrative HR processes (eg. Employee data maintenance, service awards, and reporting).
  • Triaging and responding to employee enquiries.
  • Escalate complex payroll, employee relations, or policy-related matters to senior HR or payroll team members.
  • Support ad-hoc HR enquiries and projects.

The Essentials:

  • Experienced in an administrative role, with a basic understanding of HR administration or payroll processes.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
  • A strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • A fast and agile learner, able to manage competing priorities.
  • Values-based and customer-focused by nature.
  • A clear communicator both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously at times.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
  • Flexible and keen to lend a hand across the broader HR team.
