  • Assist employees with completing required annual assessments, Year-End (YE) Biometric screenings, and other company-required programs.
  • Provide employees with access to computers and support resources needed to complete the required HR assessments and training.

  • Assist with converting paper personnel files into electronic records as part of HR document management initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain the HR file room to ensure accurate filing and efficient document retrieval.
  • Retrieve, file, and distribute HR-related documents as needed.
  • Perform secure shredding and disposal of confidential documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with reviewing some HR policies, procedures, and related documentation as assigned.

Job Description

The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This position assists with employee file management, I-9 record maintenance, document scanning and electronic filing, employee assistance with annual assessments and biometric requirements, policy review support, and various HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions while maintaining strict confidentiality and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with completing required annual assessments, Year-End (YE) Biometric screenings, and other company-required programs. 

  • Provide employees with access to computers and support resources needed to complete the required HR assessments and training.
