  • Talent & Workforce Planning: Implement succession planning, talent development initiatives, and workforce metrics to support continuous business improvement.

About the RoleHR Partners is partnering with a transport/logistics company seeking a People & Performance Business Partner (HRBP) while the business is undergoing significant strategic growth and transformation. Reporting to the Head of HRBP and partnering key operational stakeholders including General Manager this role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across its key site and broader regional portfolio. You will act as a key advisor to site management, driving cultural transformation, building leadership capability, and managing robust employee and industrial relations.
