About this role
HR Business Partner
We're looking for an HR professional to lead hiring and support employee engagement and HR operations at SmartDocs. Great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Recruitment (50%)
- End-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Hire for technical roles like Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers
- Build talent pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
Employee Engagement (30%)
- Plan engagement activities and culture events
- Run onboarding for new joiners
- Support performance reviews and employee feedback
- Handle employee queries and grievances
AI, Policy & Operations (20%)
- Use AI tools to streamline HR processes
- Maintain HR policies and compliance
- Manage attendance, documentation, and HRMS records
Requirements
- MBA in HR
- 2–5 years of HR experience, startup/fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience hiring for technical roles
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Location: Hyderabad (Office-based)
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
