What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development, and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
- Systematically drive Human Resources activities in whole employee journey (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership and associate development, succession planning etc.).
- Design and implement tailor-made solution according to business needs, it may include change management, culture breeding, organization intervention, etc.
- Collaborate with HR Corporate Expert and HRS for new initiatives in responsible business area.
- Leading the rewards expert topics in responsible countries in CN and APs region.
- Play active role in HR project as core member or consultant.
