  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows.

The opportunity:

Our People Operations team is the backbone of Flexport's employee experience, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered. As a People Operations Coordinator at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you'll be a key point of contact for our on-site workforce, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader People team. You'll directly contribute to a seamless employee journey, from onboarding to daily support, managing critical HR processes like timekeeping and general inquiries.
