Job Description:

NOW HIRING: Human Resources Intern

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern! This role will have the opportunity to join a global organization's Corporate HR department to understand human resources functions, employee experience, and people-related projects.
 

The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish.

This role will work directly under the Corporate HR Management team to support in HR projects such as ESATs (Employee Satisfaction Surveys), Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Support ESAT communication and data.

  • Engage in projects related to HR Management, including employee experience and engagement.
     

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is people-driven and thrives in interaction.

  • Recent graduate of Bachelor's or Master's programs ideal.

Job Overview

This Internship will introduce the Intern to various corporate departments, including HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Marketing, Information Technologies, and administration. A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements
