Your mission will be to lead HR legal topics across Europe, manage employee relations, and provide strategic legal guidance on both individual and collective matters.

You will play a key role in turning complex legal and employee-relations topics into clear, practical, and business-oriented solutions that support Scaleway’s growth.

 

 

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

As HR Legal & Employee Relations Manager, you will work closely with the CHRO and act as a key legal partner to the HR organization.

You will ensure legal consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment across our European entities and locations, while partnering closely with HRBPs, managers, and internal stakeholders on sensitive and high-impact topics.

ABOUT YOU

 

HARDSKILLS:

  • Master 2 (Level 2) in Social Law or Human Resources.
