What you'll do
- Pilot HR implementation for new country openings, including local benchmarks, employment contracts, and social protection compliance.
- Coordinate and challenge external legal counsel and payroll providers across different European regions to optimize compliance.
- Manage international mobility files, including secondments, expatriation, and cross-border recruitment.
- Act as the lead internal expert for management on all employment law matters (contracts, working hours, disciplinary actions, and terminations).
- Oversee pre-litigation and litigation cases in direct collaboration with specialized law firms.
- Maintain legal watch to ensure the company remains compliant with evolving French and European legislation.
- Prepare and co-animate meetings with Employee Representative Bodies (CSE) and various social committees.
- Define strategy and lead negotiations for collective company agreements.
- Advise leadership on the social climate to maintain constructive and secure dialogue with social partners.
