A well-established family-run business with a strong presence in the local area. The organisation has grown significantly over the years and provides valuable employment opportunities while maintaining a focus on quality products. The company is seeking an HR Manager to manage the HR function.
Your new role
The Human Resource Manager is a part-time role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function within the business. The position involves providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and compliance with Irish employment legislation. The HR Manager acts as a key advisor to management and employees, oversees HR administration and employee records, supports payroll processes, and manages the company's HR information system. In addition, the role focusses on improving HR processes, policies, and systems, driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting workforce planning and organisational growth. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
