Job Description

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional who can be a part of Vendor Operations Team Your responsibilities encompass strategic collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing HR metrics, and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will drive talent actions, manage requisitions, and ensure accurate data management for HR processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in HR operations within shared services/similar GCC setup, with strong exposure to:

End-to-end HR lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire)

HR metrics, SLA governance, and reporting

Stakeholder management across geographies

Data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance (GDPR/local regulations)

Process standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Post Graduation in Management

Minimum work Experience: 7-10 years of experience


Technical Skills

  • Vendor Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
  • Contract Management & Compliance
  • Invoice Processing, Validation & Reconciliation
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring (SLA/KPI Management)
  • Stakeholder Management, Reporting & Governance
  • Ability to create minimal and meaningful presentation to communicate your findings
  • Good Experience of data crunching in Excel
