  • Support system releases, upgrades, implementations, module launches, and acquisition or divestiture integration activities by assessing impacts, defining test criteria, coordinating and executing testing, ensuring quality assurance, and communicating relevant enhancement opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for configuration, security, support processes, business processes, training materials, and communications while assisting with project planning, design, development, implementation, and project management activities.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through agile ceremonies, continuous professional development, knowledge sharing, peer support, and a commitment to quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or 1 to 3+ years of equivalent experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resources technology, or Human Capital Management systems support.

  • Hands-on Workday experience with a focus on Human Capital Management configuration, business process design, and system maintenance; Workday certification or equivalent hands-on proficiency strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting Human Resources systems testing, including user acceptance testing for system changes, releases, or implementations, and working knowledge of at least one Workday functional domain, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, or Compensation.

  • Familiarity with case management and ticketing platforms such as Workday Help, ServiceNow, or equivalent, and exposure to agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based team workflows.

  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience manipulating and extracting data while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards.
