About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee -Operations to join our organization. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HRM. You will gain hands-on experience on HR Operations Role (From Hire to Retire).
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and working on onboarding/ induction
- Helping in employee engagement activities
- Maintaining the HR Report and PPT
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent.
- Connecting and working on offer Letter/appointment letter
- Understanding Attrition management
- Collating incentives/bonus for payroll
Requirements:
- Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
- Great communication as well as interpersonal skills, quick learner, good in researching and finding solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, self-reliant and passion to learn
- Excellent in presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image
- Strong people assessment skills
Internship Details & Benefits:
- 6-month internship, pay-15K per month.
- Location- Koramangala Bangalore (Work from office opportunity)
- On the job training will be provided for working on HR Operations role (from Hire to Retire).
- This Internship will help in developing relevant skills that will help you launch a successful career.
