What you'll do
- Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR/IR support
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, issue resolution, and escalation follow-through
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, labour laws, and internal HR policies
- Stay updated on new labour codes and support implementation readiness, process alignment, and compliance adherence
- Support performance management processes, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up on actions
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute HR processes smoothly and maintain process discipline
- Support employee engagement, communication, and manager connect initiatives at the plant
- Track HR/IR actions, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare required reports
- Identify recurring employee issues and support corrective actions through data and stakeholder inputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and service quality
