  • Configure and maintain learning content, curricula, certifications, training assignments, learning objects, and user permissions.

Job Purpose

The HRIS Solutions Analyst serves as a system administrator and functional guide for the organization's Learning Management System (Cornerstone). This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of learning technologies to ensure a seamless learner experience, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and enable strategic learning and talent initiatives. The analyst partners closely with Learning & Development, P&C, IT, Compliance, and business customers to deliver scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across learning processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System Administration

  • Serve as an administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Configure and maintain learning content, curricula, certifications, training assignments, learning objects, and user permissions.
  • Lead system updates, releases, and enhancements, assessing impacts and coordinating testing activities.
  • Solve system issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.

Learning Operations & Stakeholder Support

  • Support learning programs, compliance training, and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or enterprise applications. Experience administering Cornerstone ideal.
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning programs favorable.

Knowledge & Skills

  • knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone.
