  • Serve as the Product Specialist for Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Configure, maintain, test, and optimize global compensation-related functionality within Workday.
  • Partner with Total Rewards teams to support annual merit, bonus, equity, and off-cycle compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Digital Technology teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Workday-related issues through ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support system releases, testing cycles, audits, and compensation-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data validations to support compensation administration and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and system specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and confidentiality across all compensation-related processes and systems.

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as HCM, Talent & Performance, Reporting, or Recruiting.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes; exposure to Workday AI capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Are you a Workday Advanced Compensation expert who loves solving complex problems, partnering with Total Rewards and shaping how technology enables compensation programs? We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist – Advanced Compensation to join our Global HRIS team and support the technology and processes that power our compensation programs worldwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the Product Specialist for Workday Advanced Compensation.
