Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements. Lead safety inspections, audits, and site monitoring. Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions. Deliver HSE induction and safety training programs. Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance. Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation. Required Skills HSE Management – Implement and monitor safety management systems. Risk Assessment – Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures. Safety Auditing – Conduct inspections and compliance audits.
