Safety Manager

Conduct workplace risk assessments, hazard identification exercises, and safety inspections. Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements and internal safety procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Conduct safety audits and track corrective actions through closure. Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training. Establish emergency-response procedures and coordinate drills and preparedness activities. Maintain HSE records, incident reports, inspection findings, and management reports. Required Skills HSE Management: Ability to implement and monitor comprehensive workplace safety programs. Risk Assessment: Strong capability in identifying hazards and establishing effective control measures. Incident Investigation: Ability to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Safety Auditing: Experience assessing workplace compliance and identifying safety gaps.
