Human Resource Intern (Talent & Culture)

About the Role

As an HR Intern at Decathlon Singapore, you will play a key role in making sport accessible to the many by supporting our teammates throughout their journey. You will work across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and General HR Operations, ensuring our retail and support teams are empowered to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development

• Maintain and update training records across platforms to ensure complete data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to track and guide teammates through their training paths

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Assist in daily recruitment administration, including candidate uploads, job posting management across online platforms, and interview coordination with hiring managers.
• Help organize and execute collective recruitment events across Decathlon stores in Singapore.
• Support University Activation by planning and participating in career fairs.
• Assist in executing employer branding campaigns, internal communications, and promotional merchandise

3. General HR & Office Operations

• Manage onboarding logistics (access cards, welcome packs...) to create an unforgettable experience for new joiners
• Handle procurement administration by creating HR purchase orders for third-party vendors.
• Oversee office administration, including pantry stock/snacks and office equipment servicing.

4. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

• Plan and organize wellness initiatives (e.g., health screenings, mental and financial health workshops) with our external partners for both Retail and Support teams.

Requirements

• Undergrads studying in Singapore from all faculties are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about sports and aligned with Decathlon’s core values (Vitality, Responsibility, Generosity, Authenticity).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks alongside strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with retail store leaders and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
