About this role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations and strategic HR initiatives. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding. Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Manage compensation & benefits, salary reviews, payroll coordination, CPF contributions, and statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), CPF, IRAS, TAFEP guidelines, and other employment legislation. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, investigations, and conflict resolution. Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, training programs, and organizational culture. Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and talent management. Maintain HRIS, employee records, HR reports, and workforce analytics. Support organizational development, change management, and continuous HR process improvements. Stay updated with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in Singapore with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or full-spectrum HR role. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, IRAS, EFMA, and other statutory requirements. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR policy development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems. Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred (or valid work pass holders). IHRP Certification (CP/SP) and Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
