  • Supports the Training Coordinator and Human Resources team with the administration, coordination, and documentation of employee training and development activities.
  • Assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions.
  • Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records and update training databases.
  • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Track required training and follow up on outstanding training assignments.
  • Help coordinate training activities across all three shifts.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing training rooms and materials.
  • Support the administration of online and computer-based training.
  • Enter and maintain training data and reports in HR systems.
  • Assist with employee communications regarding upcoming training opportunities.
  • Help collect and organize training feedback and completion information.

Job Responsibilities:
