What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
- Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal to ensure smooth regional HR operations.
- Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
- Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants as required.
- Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
- Leverage HR technologies, including Workday®, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives, including company-wide programs and people campaigns aligned with Razer’s culture and values.
- Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
- Support regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned

Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for a hands-on and driven HR Manager to join our EMEA team, based in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, this role will work closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional stakeholders, and global functional teams to support regional HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple European markets. The role requires someone who is operationally strong, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced regional environment. The individual will also support process improvements and leverage AI tools and HR technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
