What you'll do
- The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc.
- Will serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
- May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances.
- Will perform special projects as assigned.

- Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
- Ability to travel required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,550.40 to $99,840.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
