Job Description Summary

Support our HR team as a Human Resources Systems Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of new and complex functionality of our HR Systems. You will lead the systems portion of strategic and/or cross departmental projects including system releases/upgrades, enhancements, process redesign, new modules, being fully responsible for integrations and downstream impacts to other systems across the company. Additional responsibilities include complex system security, end user set up and training and advanced report writing.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$83,700.00 - $125,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
