Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Demand Area/AccountVoice & Conversation Banking (CCT - Pillar 2) 

Must-have Skills: A Lead BA with at least 4-5 yrs in the capacity as a Lead.
Has worked in Transformation BA space and lead /guided a team of BA’s in a programme/project construct. Comes with experience working in a large global organization like ours (preferably in Banking domain).Good-to-have Skills: Understanding of Contact Center Domain OR Worked in any Banking domain that interfaces with Contact Center. Chatbot & Voicebot exposure, NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure, RM Chat (Whatsapp), Genesys Cloud. Comes with Technical Analysis Background 

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Engineering manager with 12+ years work exp
• Location:PAN India
