WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: Lead AI transformation workstreams, design use-case portfolios, and define copilot and agentic operating models.
• High-Tech Process Expertise (AI-fluent): Deep knowledge of industry-specific processes, value chains, and operational pain points, with hands-on AI delivery experience.
• Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery and redesign, AI-enabled workflows, and process mining using Celonis, Signavio, or Power Automate.
• Enterprise Function Transformation: AI-enabled redesign across Finance, Procurement, HR, Marketing Operations, Customer Service, or GBS.
• AI Value Architecture: Identify value, develop business cases, baseline and track benefits, and model AI costs and consumption.
• Industry Data & AI: Define data strategies and products for AI, including data quality, governance, RAG, and retrieval design.
• Agentic Enterprise: Design multi-agent and copilot workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• AI Tooling and Platform Strategy: Evaluate LLM platforms and agent frameworks, and guide build-versus-integrate decisions across enterprise AI stacks.
• AI CoE Design and Operationalization: Establish governance, role archetypes, and build-buy-partner decision frameworks.
• AI Maturity Assessment and Transformation Sequencing: Benchmark capabilities, assess readiness, and prioritize investments.
• Core Capabilities: AI fluency across GenAI, RAG, and agents; client-facing domain consulting; AI adoption and change; workforce impact analysis; reskilling pathway design; and enterprise-wide AI fluency uplift.

 

PRE-SALES SUPPORT EXPERIENCE:

• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals and RFP responses, shaping solution approaches, participating in client presentations and orals, and advancing opportunities alongside Senior Managers.

 

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• RPA/Intelligent Automation (UiPath or Automation Anywhere)
• Low-code/no-code platforms
• Cloud and data platform fluency (Azure AI, AWS, GCP, or Databricks)
• Enterprise platform experience (SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow) linked to AI outcomes
• Product management, industry, or AI certifications
• Prior industry or functional operating experience
