Job Description

1. 生產流程設計與優化：
- 分析現有生產流程，提出改進建議以提升效率和品質。
- 設計並實施新的生產流程，確保符合公司標準和客戶需求。
2. 生產資源評估與協調：
- 評估適合的生產設備和工具數量，確保生產過程的穩定性和高效性。
3. 資源配置與管理：
- 制定作業計劃，合理配置人力和設備資源。
- 監控專案進度，確保按時如質完成任務。
4. 品質控制與改進：
- 分析品質問題與生產流程的交互關係，提出並實施改進措施。
5. 成本控制與效益分析：
- 分析生產成本，提出降低成本的建議。
- 進行效益分析，評估改進措施的效果。
6. 跨部門合作：
- 與設計、研發、測試等部門合作，參與新產品開發和量產導入。
- 提供技術支持和培訓，確保生產團隊的技能和知識。
