What you'll do
- Support governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle.
- Coordinate incident reviews, post-mortem governance activities, remediation tracking, and operational reporting.
- Analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and operational risks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross functional Engineering and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams to strengthen operational resilience and incident management practices.
- Promote adherence to Incident & Problem Management policy, standards, procedures, and training supporting Incident Management best practices.
- Support governance and oversight of SDLC & Change Management processes, controls, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance activities and change reviews.
- Perform change risk assessments, governance reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities.
- Support change freeze planning, exception management, and readiness reviews.
- Promote adherence to Change Management policy, standards, procedures, and training supporting Incident Management best practices.
- Produce executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and operational metrics.
- Analyze incident, change, and governance data to identify trends and emerging risks.

- Experience in Incident Management and Change Management
- Experience in Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Experience in Engineering Governance / Operations
- Experience in Technology / Operational Risk
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including usage of AI tools.
- Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL
- Valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC if residing in Mexico as a foreigner

- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, or control assessments.

Incident/Change Governance & Control (ICGC) Engineer
Incident, Change Governance & Control (ICGC) team provides governance and oversight of Incident Management, Change Management, Operational Resilience, controls, reporting, and governance tooling supporting Firmwide engineering organizations. In addition, the team partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory stakeholders to improve operational resilience, strengthen technology controls, enhance governance effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Governance & Operational Resilience
o Support governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle.
o Coordinate incident reviews, post-mortem governance activities, remediation tracking, and operational reporting.
o Analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and operational risks to identify improvement opportunities.
o Partner with cross functional Engineering and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams to strengthen operational resilience and incident management practices.
o Promote adherence to Incident & Problem Management policy, standards, procedures, and training supporting Incident Management best practices.
Change Governance & Oversight
o Support governance and oversight of SDLC & Change Management processes, controls, standards, and procedures.

o Contribute to operational resilience, technology risk, and governance enhancement initiatives.
Product Ownership & Process Improvement
o Act as a subject matter expert for governance-related technology platforms.
o Gather requirements and support enhancements to governance, workflow, reporting, and analytics solutions.
o Coordinate user feedback, enhancement requests, and process improvement initiatives.
o Drive workflow automation and improvements to governance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Policies, Procedures & Engineering Enablement
o Support ownership and maintenance of Incident Management, Post-Mortem, Change Management, and Operational Resilience procedures.
o Contribute to policies, standards, playbooks, training materials, and governance documentation.
o Provide guidance and best practices to engineering organizations along with operational excellence and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management; Or equivalent practical experience.
o Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Incident Management and Change Management
Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Engineering Governance / Operations
Technology / Operational Risk
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including usage of AI tools.
o Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar technologies.
