What You’ll Be Doing

 

As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance activities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using our CMMS system
• Order and track maintenance parts and inventory
• Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance repairs as required
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure equipment reliability
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
• Manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
