Full description from employer
The employee will become part of the Purdy paintbrush manufacturing team in the line-finishing department. Purdy manufactures professional painting tools of the highest quality. This position will be required to inspect brushes for quality.
Safety is a core value at Sherwin-Williams operations. It is a job requirement for all Purdy employees to participate in our safety program.
Employee involvement and communication is essential for continuous safety improvement in all areas of operational excellence: Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
Additional Information:
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:15pm
Shift Differential: $0.45/Per Hour
This position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
