We are currently seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to support this mission-critical program. This is a Full Time, onsite position located primarily in Tucson, AZ, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Contractor shall provide instructional design and training development support for approximately 10-15 courses, IAW with the Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process for HT-JCOE J7. The Contractor shall:

  • Support HT-JCOE Computer Based Training (CBT)/Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) lesson plan development efforts.               
  • Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses.
  • Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content.
  • Support all phases of the ADDIE model.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
    • Secret to start; Interim TS/SCI granted within 12 months
  • Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of Curriculum Development with two (2) years’ experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process
  • Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • At least 24 Credit hours in adult education.

       

Compensation Details:

$67,000 - $100,000
