Instrument Technician

Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Instrument Technician. Key Responsibilities Perform instrument loop checking activities. Carry out calibration of field instruments. Execute instrumentation construction activities. Install, test and commission instrumentation systems. Troubleshoot instrument faults and ensure system reliability. Follow project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams. Maintain calibration and inspection records. Required Skills Loop Checking – Hands-on commissioning experience. Instrument Calibration – Accurate calibration of field devices. Industrial Instrumentation – Maintenance and installation knowledge. Oil & Gas / Power Plant Experience – Industrial project exposure. Construction Activities – Instrument installation and testing. Preferred Skills Commissioning experience. Knowledge of HSE practices. Reading P&ID and instrumentation drawings. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in loop checking, calibration and instrumentation construction activities in Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Shipyard or similar industrial sectors. Education Minimum: ITI / Diploma Preferred: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical Additional Certifications: Instrument Calibration or Safety Certifications (preferred) Contact Number - 9786888866
