About this role
Responsible for monitoring installation, testing, inspection, and quality compliance of instrumentation, automation, PLC, and DCS systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, and inspection activities. Review and approve ITPs, method statements, work instructions, and QA/QC documents. Verify instrument material delivery, storage, installation, and testing against project requirements. Conduct actual, witness, and surveillance inspections as per approved ITP. Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities. Maintain inspection records, traceability, and daily quality reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Automation Engineering or equivalent. Electrical qualification is desirable. Minimum 8 years of experience in large oil & gas / petrochemical instrumentation works. Experience in PLC, DCS, field instruments, control systems, installation, testing, and QA/QC inspection. Good knowledge of international codes, project specifications, ITPs, and quality records. Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
