KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase share of wallet across logistics and services offerings

  • Ensure contract compliance and successful customer onboarding

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Success Measures:

  • New logos acquired

  • Pipeline value and conversion rate

  • Revenue generated from new customers

  • Speed to onboard and first shipment

  • Quality of pipeline aligned to target segments

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone with:
