Interior Quantity Surveyor (Office/Commercial/East)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs for interior construction projects.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for interior projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents for interior projects.
• Track and monitor project costs and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and cost control measures.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and advice to project teams.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior quantity surveying.
• Good knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and costs.
• Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications or memberships are a plus.
