About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HCPs through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Collect and verify HCP information and documents.
- Update and maintain data in CRM and internal databases.
- Follow up on pending onboarding activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare basic reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
