What you'll do
- Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.
- Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.
- Constructing financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Contribute to understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
- Preparing business / investment approval materials.
- Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.
